Emotions impacting xpressions

An  emotional expression  is a  behavior  that communicates an emotional state or attitude. Expression can be verbal or non-verbal, which can occur with or without  one being self aware(ness) .  Emotional expressions include facial movements like smiling or scowling, simple behaviors like crying, laughing, or saying "thank you," and more complex behaviors like writing a letter or giving a gift .  Individuals have some conscious control of their emotional expressions;  however, they need not have conscious awareness of their emotional or affective state in order to express emotion.  We know that  Charles Darwin theroy is a universally accepted  theory  involving Humans and Animals.     Emotions are common across Humans and Animals. When they are left alone and independant their emotions are different.   Be a playful mood / angry response and reflect in their   voices, faces, and bodies.  Much of the emotional status depends on the  cultural norms and beliefs of a society also

Managing Self Expression

Every one of us are Unique and we are proud of our skills and traits we possess.   As individuals we always prefer to be independant and express in our own style unless if it is not proper in communicating with others.   We then think of changing our outlook / style in expressing. In our daily life we come across Expressions and most commonly today we express emotions through Animated Icons , GIF's ,  social media gestures which is attached to our messages.      WE ensure our actions of making one's thoughts or feelings known through  #facial expression #bodylanguage #gestures .
